What an annual maintenance contract covers

An AMC is regular maintenance over a year with a set scope and a response promise. It catches small problems before they grow and keeps one team that already knows your home.

Villa AMC and apartment AMC

We tailor the plan to the property: a villa with more systems and outdoor areas, or an apartment with the essentials. The cover is written out clearly before you decide.

    Construction and MEP

    Engineer-led build, joinery and MEP, in the right sequence.

    Quality control and snagging

    We test, snag and put right before we call it done.

    Handover and completion certificate

    A clean handover with the completion documents you need.

    Warranty and AMC after-care
