Your itemized BOQ, every line before you pay
Every quote is an itemized bill of quantities. Materials, labour, finishes and any approvals are each written out, nothing bundled into a vague allowance. Because it is itemized, you can add or cut to fit the brief. The number you approve is the number you pay.
We handle the Dubai approvals
A fit-out in Dubai can need a Dubai Municipality building permit, a DEWA sign-off, Dubai Civil Defence approval where fire or life-safety systems are affected, Trakhees in the island and free-zone areas, plus the building or community NOC.
